Product may be returned for credit, less 20%
restocking charge and shipping/handling cost by:

Calling for
Return Authorization Number within 10 business days of the day the
order was placed.

All returns must be in
original packaging and received in new and resalable condition.
Items received after 30 days will incur in a 50%
restocking fee.

Product must be
returned to us within 10 business days of the day you call for a
return authorization number.
All unauthorized returns are subject
to a $10 administrative charge in addition to the 20% restocking
charge.

may be sent direct from the manufacturer (drop-shipped), however the

We cannot be responsible for
items NOT sent to this address, or sent back to the manufacturer
directly. The manufacturer will NOT notify us of the return, or
credit your account. We cannot track an item for return that has
been sent to any address other than the above.
ANY ITEM NOT RETURNED TO THE
ABOVE ADDRESS WILL NOT BE CREDITED FOR RETURN.
If you are EXCHANGING an item
for size or another item, the restocking fee will be waived. YOU MUST
notify us of the exchange at the time you ask for a Return
Authorization.

your Invoice number when you call for your return. If you Email us,
include the name the order was placed under and the invoice number, we
